We restrict our practice to a relatively small number of clients, unlike the usual practice of law firms in our field. This enables us to give very personalized services - a special pride of our New York City law firm. This includes, again contrary to the usual practice of other law firms, encouraging our clients to telephone us if they have any questions regarding their case - for which we provide prompt, clear answers. We always act as interpreters, with our own staff members, who accompany our clients when necessary on doctors' visits, depositions, workers' compensation physicals and hearings and, of course, during trial preparation and trial.

We have native-born interpreters as full-time employees on our office staff, including Spanish, Polish, Slovak, Czech and Chinese. Our interpreters are always available to help when a client needs to speak to an attorney, or to obtain information about the status of his case, or to ask the many questions that a client often has about participating, for the first time, in a New York lawsuit. We believe that it is important to make a client as comfortable as possible as his case progresses. A client’s unanswered questions, which is common at other law firms, never happens in our office. Ignorance creates fear, often unjustified. We immediately answer our clients’ questions in simple, easy to understand language, which reduces or eliminates his anxieties.
