The only clients our office has ever represented are those who sustained serious injuries in accidents. We do not now, nor have we ever, practiced in other fields of law. For example, we have never practiced criminal law, commercial law, tax law, or matrimonial law.
We believe that the best way to offer the highest quality legal services is to focus on a single area and to master that one area, rather than spreading too thin over additional areas of law. We are not a ”jack-of-all-trades and a master of none” law firm. Our results, we think, prove the wisdom of this policy.
Within the field of personal injury law, we have been, for many years, aggressively litigating more cases involving construction and demolition accidents than any other single type of accidents. These include large numbers of falls from scaffolds, ladders and roofs, slipping and tripping on dirt, debris and scattered materials on work areas and passageways. Our law firm is well-known for its technical knowledge, expertise and command of the legal intricacies in these fields. Other common accidents that we successfully handled in great numbers include falls from defective stairways, car accidents, medical malpractice, dangerous machinery, and personal injuries to students in schools.
