We lose no time in moving each case to resolution by settlement or trial. We frequently prepare a Summons and Complaint the same day we have been retained. Our motto is “maximum results in minimum time”. Every step of each case is completed as rapidly as possible. It is true that crowded court calendars caused by an insufficient number of judges and courtrooms, do bring some delays which vary from country to country. However, few, in any, other law firms prepare their cases for resolution as quickly as the Lurie Law Firm. We never are the cause of delays. We have a well-carned reputation of always being ready to go forward at every phase of the case, including always being ready for trial before a judge and jury.
